Core aeration is particularly useful where compaction is part of the problem; persistent drainage issues or deep shade may need a different solution as well.

Overseeding introduces new grass into an existing lawn. We match the blend to the site’s sunlight, use, and existing turf so that the new growth has a better chance of succeeding.

Our aeration and overseeding service includes a double pass with a core aerator, a seed blend selected for the lawn, and starter fertilizer where appropriate. We review any additional preparation or slit-seeding before the work begins.

Please identify sprinkler heads, shallow irrigation lines, invisible fencing, and other buried features ahead of the visit. We coordinate marking with you so the equipment can avoid known obstacles.

You can book this service on its own or alongside our six-round lawn care program or organic program. Pricing is based on the lawn area and the work needed.

Watering Makes the Difference After Seeding

Keep the seedbed consistently moist while the grass germinates. That can require several light waterings on dry days, with adjustments for rain and the way your soil drains. Once seedlings establish, gradually move toward deeper, less frequent watering.

Keep unnecessary traffic off the new growth, leave the soil plugs in place, and follow the mowing instructions for your seed blend. Check with us before applying weed control to newly seeded areas. We will provide aftercare guidance for your lawn.
